<strong>主料:糯米200克<br />
輔料:干貝10克,花菇3朵,花生25克,雞蛋2個,臘腸1/2根<br />
調料:生抽2湯匙,紅燒汁2湯匙,麻油1湯匙,水300毫升,細香蔥適量</strong><br />

干貝花菇糯米飯的做法<br />
<strong>1.干貝洗淨後泡水15分鐘<br />
2.花菇泡軟,干貝泡水後瀝乾水分撕成絲,花菇泡軟後切成薄片,臘腸切成丁<br />
3.生抽、秘製紅燒汁、麻油放入碗裡調拌均勻<br />
4.電飯煲啟動電源按照煲飯的程序,放入臘腸煸8分鐘<br />
5.放入花菇,煸8分鐘<br />
6.放入干貝<br />
7.蓋上電飯煲蓋子讓這些材料繼續煸香5分鐘<br />
8.糯米洗淨放入材料裡<br />
9.加入300毫升的水<br />
10.倒入調好的生抽、秘製紅燒汁及麻油後與糯米拌均勻<br />
11.蓋上蓋子從新啟動煲飯程序。煲飯時間約45分鐘,當糯米飯燒好後繼續燜15分鐘後才食用,讓水分充分的吸收<br />
12.花生米洗淨<br />
13.放入鍋裡炒乾後才加入少許油煸香<br />
14.雞蛋打散後煎成蛋餅<br />
15.切成絲<br />
16.把糯米飯盛出來後表面放上花生、雞蛋及蔥花即可</strong><br />
