<strong><strong>用料:大米50克,蓮子10克,百合10克,山楂干10克,冰糖20克</strong></strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1. 大米洗淨用清水浸泡30分鐘,撈出瀝乾備用。<br />
2. 蓮子、百合分別用清水浸泡至軟,山楂乾洗淨。<br />
3. 鍋中適量清水大火燒沸,倒入大米轉至小火熬煮20分鐘。<br />
4. 放入蓮子、山楂、百合,小火繼續熬煮20分鐘。<br />
5. 加入冰糖調味,即可盛入碗中上桌食用。</strong><br />
