<strong>主料<br />
對蝦300克<br />
調料<br />
食鹽,醋1勺,蔥,姜,八角1個,花椒20粒,料酒1勺。</strong><br />

清鮮鹽水蝦的做法<br />
<strong>1、鮮蝦洗淨、剪去蝦須,用牙籤插入背部中段;<br />
2、輕輕剔除蝦線,再次用清水沖淨;<br />
3、蔥切段,取一半姜切片;<br />
4、鍋中加入適量的清水,放入蔥姜;<br />
5、再撒入八角和花椒;<br />
6、最後加入適量料酒,大火煮開;<br />
7、倒入鮮蝦,轉中火煮2分鐘;<br />
8、加入適量鹽,繼續煮3分鐘;<br />
9、加鍋蓋燜10分鐘,讓蝦徹底入味;<br />
10、燜蝦的過程中,製作薑醋,剩餘的姜切末,放入碗中;<br />
11、根據個人口味加入適量醋;<br />
12、充分攪勻,做
