青椒 3顆 肉絲 1飯碗 蒜頭 2瓣 胡蘿蔔 1小段 辣椒 1根 塩 少許 <br />
醃醬<br />
牛頭牌沙茶炸醬 1大匙 太白粉 1小匙 <br />

作法<br />

肉絲和醃醬拌勻,趁醃的時候將青椒.胡蘿蔔.辣椒切絲,蒜頭拍扁備用 <br />

鍋中放油先加入蒜頭爆香,再加入青椒.胡蘿蔔.辣椒絲,拌炒一下撈出備用 <br />

原鍋加油放入肉絲,炒到9分熟 <br />

將作法3.倒回鍋中和肉絲一起快炒,加少許塩調味即可上桌. 訣竅:青椒不要一開始就和肉絲一起炒,否則等肉熟了,青椒也快爛了,所以先分別炒最後再合起來,不但青椒仍保持脆口,肉絲也可以炒的更香</strong></strong></strong> <br />
