  <strong>用料:豬梅花肉500克,土豆1個,胡蘿蔔1根,乾麵粉適量,雞蛋液適量,面包糠適量,豌豆適量,洋蔥末1大勺,大喜大烤肉醬120克,大喜大黃金咖喱2塊,鹽適量,雞精適量</strong><br />

  做法:<br />
  <strong>1. 備料。<br />
  2. 將梅花肉洗淨,切成約0.5釐米厚的片,放入容器中,倒入大喜大原味烤肉醬。<br />
  3. 攪拌均勻,醃製20-30分鐘入味。<br />
  4. 肉片醃好後先薄薄的裹上一層乾麵粉,用筷子夾起肉片,抖掉多餘的麵粉。<br />
  5. 將沾有麵粉的肉片再托蛋液。<br />
  6. 再裹上面包糠。<br />
  7. 放入熱油鍋中,中火炸熟。<br />
  8. 撈出切塊備用。<br />
  9. 土豆去皮切小粒;胡蘿蔔洗淨去皮切小粒;豌豆洗淨備用。<br />
  10. 鍋中倒油燒熱,下洋蔥末爆香。<br />
  11. 倒入土豆粒和胡蘿蔔粒炒勻。<br />
  12. 倒入清水,水量漫過食材
