茄子、青椒、蒜、蔥,雞精、醬油、鹽、醋、香油各適量。 <br />

制法: <br />

1、茄子去皮洗淨,蒸熟,稍涼厚,撕成長條;青椒切成碎塊;蒜剁末,和青椒一起同放在碗內。 <br />

2、燒熱香油澆在青椒和蒜末上,加調味料調勻,淋在茄條上,撒上蔥絲即可。 <br />
