<strong>製作主料:年糕條<br />
製作輔料:辣白菜、圓白菜<br />
製作調料:洋蔥、蒜、韓式辣醬</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、洋蔥半顆切好備用,圓白菜小半顆切絲(不要太細),蒜四瓣切片。<br />
2、熱鍋倒入色拉油少許,油溫八成熱時放入洋蔥和蒜爆香,洋蔥變軟後放入辣醬翻炒。<br />
3、倒入一碗清水,煮沸後倒入年糕片繼續煮,煮沸後繼續加入圓白菜,待圓白菜變軟後加入辣白菜繼續煮(小火)。<br />
4、大概五分鐘後嘗一下年糕片,如果口感很Q的話就OK了,這時可以調成大火讓菜開始收汁,收汁後即可出鍋裝盤了。</strong><br />
