<strong>主料:雞蛋1個,雞蛋黃2個,豆漿200毫升,南瓜80克<br />
調料:白砂糖3大勺,水少許</strong><br />

南瓜豆漿布丁的做法<br />
<strong>1.南瓜去皮去籽後切成塊,放入蒸鍋中蒸熟<br />
2.將2大勺白砂糖倒入鍋中,加少許清水,迅速用勺子攪勻,準備炒制焦糖<br />
3.小火慢慢加熱,把糖燒成棕色糖漿後立刻關火,並迅速加少許熱水攪拌成糖漿狀,以免凝固<br />
4.再立刻把糖漿倒在小烤碗中,稍後焦糖即會凝固<br />
5.將蒸熟的南瓜後按壓成泥,過篩去掉纖維,取50克南瓜泥備用<br />
6.豆漿加熱至約50度,拌入1勺白砂糖,將1個全蛋和2個蛋黃打散成蛋液,把豆漿倒入蛋液中<br />
7.把南瓜泥倒入雞蛋豆漿液中攪拌均勻,過篩兩次<br />
8.將南瓜雞蛋豆漿液倒入盛放了焦糖的小烤碗裡<br />
9.烤箱提前預熱,將烤碗放入烤盤上用160度的烤箱中烤40分鐘,或至蛋液凝固,此時輕晃蛋液,會看到布丁凝固地顫動;烤好後的布丁取出,降溫後放入冰箱冷藏一夜後,用小刀延著烤碗四壁輕劃,即可使布丁脫具</strong><br />
