  1.草魚腩切成塊;蓋菜、雞腿菇洗淨切片。 <br />

  2.油燒熱,炒香姜片,放入草魚塊略煎,淋入料酒,倒清湯,放入紅棗、雞腿菇,用大火煮開,加鹽、味精、白糖、胡椒粉,煮至魚肉熟,再放入蓋菜,開鍋後即可。</strong></strong></strong>
