五花肉 約450g 高麗菜葉切小片 4-5片 青椒切小塊 1/2顆 蒜頭切片 2顆 蔥切段 2支 辣椒斜切片 1根 <br />

調味料 事先調勻備用 醬油 1.5大匙 米酒 1。5大匙 甜麵醬 2大匙 豆瓣醬 1/2大匙 糖 1/2大匙 麻油 1小匙 <br />

作法<br />

五花肉川燙至約五分熟後,切成約1口大小的薄片。 <br />
2 <br />
鍋內放入一大匙油以中小火慢煎五花肉至熟透並上色。 <br />
3 <br />
將五花肉取出,原鍋入蒜頭辣椒及蔥白爆香後,續入高麗菜及青椒拌炒。 <br />
4 <br />
五花肉續入炒鍋中,淋上調味料及蔥綠拌炒均勻即成。</strong></strong></strong><br />
