明蝦 150g,甜椒 50g,甜豆 50g, 馬薺 25g, 西生菜葉片<br />

鹽 3g,橄欖油 5g,醬油 5cc,香油 5cc,白胡椒 少許 <br />

做法 <br />
<br />
1.明蝦撥殼後,去腸泥、切丁;甜椒和馬薺洗淨、切丁;甜豆把去豆莢打開、取出豆子。<br />

2.作法1的明蝦丁、甜椒丁、馬薺丁、甜豆一起放入滾水中汆燙熟後取出、置於碗中備用。2.將西生菜葉片洗淨置於盤中備用。<br />
