  <strong>主料:糙米1杯,臘腸1根,大米1杯<br />
  輔料:土豆1個,胡蘿蔔1/3根,豆角適量<br />
  調料:花生油5克,食鹽3克</strong><br />
<br />
  臘腸時蔬糙米飯的做法<br />
  <strong>1.糙米洗淨,提前浸泡一夜,在煮飯前將大米洗淨泡30分鐘,泡過的米煮飯更好吃<br />
  2.臘腸洗淨上鍋蒸15分鐘,蒸好的臘腸會比原來軟一些,好切<br />
  3.土豆、胡蘿蔔、豆角洗淨切丁備用,蒸好的臘腸放涼後切丁<br />
  4.另起鍋,鍋內倒入少量的花生油燒熱,然後放臘腸丁慢慢煸炒出油<br />
  5.放蔬菜丁翻炒一下,視臘腸的鹹度和多少來酌情加一點點鹽,翻炒均勻後關火<br />
  6.將泡好的糙米和大米瀝水倒入電飯鍋,按照電飯鍋的標識加水至2杯米的水位<br />
  7.將炒過的臘腸和蔬菜丁一起倒入電飯鍋內,蓋上蓋,按下煮飯鍵,待提示米飯煮好後再燜10-20分鐘即可享用</strong><br />
