  <strong>主料:蘆筍300克,培根6片,茶樹菇200克<br />
  調料:食鹽1茶匙,蒜1瓣,黑胡椒1茶匙,植物油2湯匙</strong><br />
<br />
  蘆筍培根炒茶樹菇的做法<br />
  <strong>1.準備好所需食材<br />
  2.蘆筍刮去根部老皮,切成吋段<br />
  3.培根切成小片<br />
  4.蘆筍段入開水鍋中焯水半分鐘後,撈出瀝乾備用<br />
  5.茶樹菇浸洗乾淨後,摘去根部,用手掰成小段<br />
  6.一瓣大蒜切片,鍋燒熱放油,小火煸香蒜片<br />
  7.倒入培根片,用中火慢慢煎至培根邊緣焦黃收縮逼出油份(要有耐心,約三到五分鐘左右)<br />
  8.倒入新鮮的茶樹菇段翻炒兩分鐘左右,至茶樹菇吸收鍋中的油份<br />
  9.倒入焯好水的蘆筍,翻炒半分鐘,撒些鹽和黑胡椒碎即可出鍋</strong><br />

  烹飪技巧<br />
  <strong>1、蘆筍要刮掉根部老皮再烹飪,口感會非常嫩,也容易入味。蘆筍焯水時間不要太長,保持清脆的口感才好吃;<br />
