  <strong>主料:杏鮑菇1個,甜玉米100克<br />
  輔料:尖椒1個,胡蘿蔔1/3根<br />
  調料:花生油1.5湯匙,食鹽1勺,蒜5克,生抽1勺,老抽1/2勺</strong><br />
<br />
  杏鮑菇炒甜玉米的做法<br />
  <strong>1.杏鮑菇洗淨切丁<br />
  2.尖椒、胡蘿蔔洗淨切丁,大蒜剝好後切片<br />
  3.甜玉米解凍備用<br />
  4.炒鍋裡放入適量的花生油,下蒜瓣爆香<br />
  5.聞到蒜香後下胡蘿蔔丁,翻炒均勻<br />
  6.下剝好的玉米粒,翻炒半分鐘<br />
  7.放入杏鮑菇丁,加一勺鹽翻炒至杏鮑菇變軟<br />
  8.下尖椒丁,繼續翻炒至尖椒斷生<br />
  9.調入1勺生抽,半勺老抽調味,大火翻炒均勻即可出鍋</strong><br />

  烹飪技巧<br />
  <strong>1、胡蘿蔔富含維他命A,而維他命A屬於脂溶性的,所以要先放;<br />
  2、有蚝油的話用蚝油代替生抽,味道更鮮美;<br />
  3、我用的玉米粒是之前煮熟後剝粒冷凍的,如果你用的是新鮮玉米粒,要稍微多炒一會兒。</strong><br />
