材料:<br />
<strong>芒果3-4個,西米30g,糯米粉50-80g,砂糖適量,煉奶或椰汁或酸奶(隨個人愛好選擇)。</strong><br />
<br />
做法:<br />
<strong>1、芒果去皮切粒後分兩份,大份放入攪拌機打成漿冷藏備用。<br />
2、適量水混合砂糖煮融化後加入糯米粉攪拌均勻搓成團後再分割成若干小團,搓成小湯圓備用。<br />
3、適量水煮開後放入小湯圓煮至浮起後撈起沖水冷卻備用。<br />
4、西米用水浸泡40-60分鐘後下鍋煮至透明撈起沖水冷卻備用。<br />
5、冷藏好的芒果漿裡倒入適量的小湯圓和西米,再放上剩下的芒果粒,按照個人愛好澆上酸奶或者煉奶或者椰汁即可。</strong><br />
