<strong><strong><strong><strong>材料<br />
大里肌肉120公克韓式泡菜適量鹽適量胡椒粉少許<br />
裹粉料:麵包粉適量低筋麵粉適量蛋液適量<br />
佐料:白芝麻適量高麗菜絲150公克<br />

作法<br />
1.將大里肌肉洗淨擦乾,雙面撒上少許鹽、胡椒粉後,放置10分鐘備用。 <br />
2.高麗菜絲放入滾水中(滾水中放入少許鹽)汆燙,撈起,泡入冷水中冷卻後瀝乾備用。 <br />
3.將作法1依序沾上低筋麵粉、蛋液、麵包粉,以170℃油溫炸至肉浮起,再提高至180℃油溫,炸至呈金黃酥脆後夾起瀝油備用。 <br />
4.將作法3盛盤後放入作法2,再於豬排上加入適量的韓式泡菜,附上佐料即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
