材料<br />
<strong>雞肉,料酒,鹽,醬油,花椒粉,蔥花,蒜,姜</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、把雞肉切成小塊,然後放入料酒、鹽、醬油、花椒粉和少量澱粉抓勻,味上半個小時。<br />
2、把蔥切蔥花,蒜切蒜片,姜切成片。<br />
3、把事先味好的雞肉放到油鍋中炸到表面金黃撈出。<br />
4、重新起鍋,倒入少量的植物油爆香蔥姜蒜,然後加入花椒麻椒和辣椒翻炒.<br />
5、炒出香味後,放入事先炸好的雞肉繼續翻炒,注意不要把辣椒炒糊了。<br />
6、臨出鍋的時候灑上一點糖,喜歡的話也可以灑上一些熟芝麻什麼的,就大功告成了!</strong><br />
