<strong><strong><strong><strong>材料<br />
蟹味棒4條冬粉2束蟹管肉75公克蔥段8段辣椒1根蒜頭4瓣嫩薑片數片<br />
<br />
調味料<br />
1.鮮美鍋汁2/3包海鮮火鍋高湯粉少許<br />
2.鮮美鍋汁1/3包香菇蠔油1小匙<br />
3.太白粉水少許<br />
4.香油少許<br />

作法<br />
(1)所有材料洗淨,蟹味棒切半,蔥切段,辣椒切斜片,蒜頭及嫩薑切片備用。 <br />
(2)蟹管肉先燙熟備用,鍋中放水再加入調味料(1),將冬粉放入稍煮片刻後繼續浸泡備用。 <br />
(3)起油鍋將蒜片入鍋炸成金黃色,撈除蒜片後,再將蔥段及辣椒片放入鍋中爆香。 <br />
(4)鍋中加入4大匙的水,將蟹管肉、蟹味棒放入稍煮並加入剩餘的1/3包鮮美鍋汁以及香菇蠔油調味,煮沸後以太白粉水勾薄芡,再灑上香油即可。 <br />
(5)將冬粉瀝乾放入砂鍋中,再將勾好芡的材料一一排入砂鍋即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
