材料<br />
<strong>豬排骨、鮮藕、生薑、精鹽、小蔥</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、豬排骨斬成小段,藕削皮切滾刀塊,生薑切大片。<br />
2、把斬成段的豬排下開水,煮沸撇去浮沫,撈出。<br />
3、砂鍋內添足水,放入焯過水的豬排、薑片大火煮開後改小火燉。<br />
4、半小時後放入切好的藕,繼續文火煮半小時。<br />
5、等藕熟爛後加精鹽,稍燉入味。</strong><br />
