  材料<br />
  <strong>仔雞、土豆、青紅大青椒、薑蔥蒜、料酒、雞精、豆瓣剁細、香辣醬、海椒面、花椒面、香油、白糖、白芝麻</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1、土豆削皮切條、青紅椒切塊、姜蒜米、蔥切節。雞肉切塊用料酒、鹽、薑蔥碼味。<br />
  2、鍋中油溫6成熱下入雞塊炸至金黃,撈出,再炸土豆條也炸至金黃。<br />
  3、鍋中留油下入豆瓣、香辣醬炒香後,再下姜蒜米、青紅椒一起炒香出色,加入雞塊和土豆條翻炒片刻。<br />
  4、下入大蔥和海椒面、花椒面、加雞精、白糖、味精調和均勻,淋上香油,起鍋撒上熟白芝麻即可。也可以放些蔥花或者香菜都可以。</strong><br />
