芹菜拌豆干

材料<br />
<strong>芹菜、豆干、臘腸、蒜、麻椒粒、花椒粒、樹椒、香油、味精、鹽、糖</strong><br />
<br />
做法<br />
<strong>1、將芹菜、豆干切成條狀，分別焯水。注意焯水時放入一滴油、一點鹽。芹菜要保持爽脆，不要焯水時間過長。<br />
2、反覆沖水後放置一會，把水瀝乾，放入容器。<br />
3、臘腸切條後放入容器中，再加入蒜末。<br />
4、鍋內放少許油，待油熱時，放入幾顆麻椒粒、花椒粒炸香後，把麻椒粒、花椒粒取出，再放入樹椒炸香，倒入容器中。<br />
5、加少許糖、鹽、味精、香油，拌勻即可。</strong><br />
