<strong><strong><strong><strong>材料<br />
豬肉絲150公克蔥段50公克蒜末5公克<br />
<br />
調味料<br />
A.甜麵醬1大匙蕃茄醬1小匙細砂糖1大匙雞粉1小匙米酒1大匙水50㏄<br />
B.香油1小匙太白粉水1大匙<br />

醃料<br />
醬油適量白胡椒粉適量香油適量太白粉適量<br />

作法<br />
1.將蔥切絲,泡水撈起,擺盤備用。 <br />
2.將豬肉絲加入醃料所有材料拌勻,醃10分鐘備用。 <br />
3.熱鍋關火,放入200㏄的冷油,加入作法2的醃肉絲過油,撈起備用。 <br />
4.將作法3鍋中油倒掉留1大匙油,熱鍋後加入蒜頭末爆香,再放入調味料A煮香。 <br />
5.再放入作法3的肉絲,最後再加調味料B勾芡即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
