  材料<br />
  <strong>主料:豬五花肉200克,芹菜200克<br />
  輔料:蒜片適量<br />
  調料:料酒,醬油,澱粉,食鹽,雞精,食用油</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1、將豬五花肉洗淨切片,用料酒、食鹽和澱粉醃漬10分鐘。<br />
  2、芹菜洗淨擇葉,切段。<br />
  3、鍋置火上,倒入適量的食用油燒熱,將肉片滑熟後盛出備用。<br />
  4、鍋留余油加熱,下入芹菜段、蒜片、醬油翻炒2分鐘。<br />
  5、再將炒好的肉片倒入鍋內,翻炒均勻後,放入食鹽和雞精調味即可。</strong><br />
