  材料<br />
  <strong>上好的肋排,李錦記生抽,老抽,料酒,冰糖,蜂蜜,雞精,姜</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1、肋排出水洗乾淨,瀝乾。<br />
  2、起油鍋,煸炒薑片,倒入排骨一起煸炒。<br />
  3、加老抽翻炒,加生抽、料酒、蜂蜜、冰糖一起翻炒。<br />
  4、加少許水大火煮開,小火慢煨。<br />
  5、骨頭也酥了時候,大火收汁。不加澱粉的,全靠糖起色。</strong><br />
