廢棄豆渣華麗變身~素肉鬆

豆渣 660g 花生油 2大匙 醬油 1大匙 糖 1大匙 白芝麻 少許 <br />
<br />
作法<br />
1 <br />
1.將豆渣用烤箱烤乾水份, 170度烤20分鐘 (如果沒有烤箱也能在瓦斯爐上乾鍋炒~費力些) <br />
2 <br />
2.烤的略乾的豆渣用花生油拌勻 <br />
3 <br />
3.開小火慢慢炒到豆渣變色變酥 (這個過程約15~20分鐘) <br />
4 <br />
4.將調好的醬油與糖淋在炒酥的豆渣上, 繼續炒至乾爽就可以熄火 <br />
5 <br />
5.放涼後與炒過的白芝麻混合, 包裝密封就能慢慢享用 </strong></strong></strong><br />
