嫩炒韭菜豬肝

豬肝300公克韭菜100公克辣椒10公克蒜頭20公克太白粉2大匙<br />

調味料<br />
醬油膏1大匙細砂糖1小匙雞粉1小匙米酒1大匙香油1小匙<br />

作法<br />
1.豬肝切厚片狀,加太白粉抓勻,放入熱水中汆燙,撈起瀝乾備用。 <br />
2.韭菜切段;辣椒切絲;蒜頭切片,備用。 <br />
3.起鍋,加入1大匙沙拉油,放入作法2的辣椒絲和蒜頭片爆香。 <br />
4.再放入作法1的豬肝片和所有調味料快炒均勻,最後加入作法2的韭菜段炒勻即可。</strong></strong></strong></strong>
