  材料<br />
  <strong>主料:杏鮑菇250克,紅椒1個,香芹50克,瘦肉100克<br />
  輔料:蔥,姜,熟芝麻,蒜<br />
  調料:料酒,生抽,蚝油,食鹽,雞精,植物油,澱粉</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1、將杏鮑菇清洗乾淨,切粗條,備用。<br />
  2、豬瘦肉洗淨,切絲,加生抽、澱粉拌勻上漿。<br />
  3、芹菜、紅辣椒分別洗好後,均勻切細絲。<br />
  4、小蔥擇洗乾淨,切蔥花;小米椒去蒂切碎粒;大蒜、姜均勻切片。<br />
  5、坐鍋點火,加油燒熱,倒入杏鮑菇爆香,撈起瀝油。<br />
  6、鍋留底油燒熱,放入蔥花、小米椒、大蒜、薑片煸炒出香味。<br />
  7、倒入肉絲翻炒變色,加紅椒、芹菜繼續炒斷生。<br />
  8、加少許清水、食鹽、雞精、蚝油炒勻入味。<br />
  9、最後撒入熟芝麻翻炒片刻即可出鍋。</strong><br />
