起酥皮 5片 杏仁片 適量 蛋白 一顆 細砂糖 20g 檸檬水 5c.c 二砂糖 適量 <br />

作法<br />

蛋白、糖、檸檬水攪拌均勻備用。 <br />
2 <br />
起酥皮室溫回溫切成8小塊 <br />
3 <br />
起酥皮擺放於烤箱烘焙紙上,酥皮依序刷上一層蛋白液>二砂糖>杏仁片>蛋白液>二砂糖。(放上杏仁片後,輕壓) <br />

烤箱預熱180度,烤15分鐘。</strong></strong></strong><br />
