起酥皮 5片 杏仁片 適量 蛋白 一顆 細砂糖 20g 檸檬水 5c.c 二砂糖 適量&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

作法<br />

蛋白、糖、檸檬水攪拌均勻備用。 <br />

起酥皮室溫回溫切成8小塊 <br />

起酥皮擺放於烤箱烘焙紙上,酥皮依序刷上一層蛋白液&gt;二砂糖&gt;杏仁片&gt;蛋白液&gt;二砂糖。(放上杏仁片後,輕壓) <br />
