干煸土豆條

<strong>主料:土豆3個<br />
調料:食鹽1茶匙,姜2片,蒜4瓣,干辣椒1把,小蔥2根,植物油適量,花椒粉2茶匙,辣椒粉2茶匙,孜然2茶匙</strong><br />

干煸土豆條的做法<br />
<strong>1.土豆洗淨,削皮,先切厚片<br />
2.再切成均勻大小的條狀,用清水反覆沖洗幾遍,去除澱粉<br />
3.加入少許的細鹽,顛簸幾下使其混合均勻<br />
4.靜置1小時左右,土豆條會變軟出水,然後控干水份,平底鍋抹層油,將土豆條平鋪<br />
5.中小火煎製,中途翻動幾次至表面微焦變硬,即可<br />
6.這次干煸土豆條,我用的是炸,油鍋中撈出控油<br />
7.準備好幹辣椒段、姜蒜蔥切好,鍋中放少許植物油,先煸香干辣椒段和姜蒜蔥<br />
8.倒入土豆條煸炒一會兒<br />
9.最後調入花椒粉、辣椒粉、孜然粉,拌勻即可</strong><br />
