蝦仁200g青蘆筍200g洋菇150g蒜末10g辣椒末10g<br />
<br />
調味料<br />
鹽1/2茶匙雞粉1/2茶匙米酒1大匙<br />

作法<br />
1.先在蝦仁背上劃一刀後去腸泥洗淨、瀝乾備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
2.青蘆筍洗淨後切段;洋菇洗淨、切片備用。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
3.將作法2材料皆汆燙至熟後撈起。&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
4.熱鍋放入2大匙油,放入蒜末、辣椒末爆香後加入作法1的蝦仁快炒1分鐘。 <br />
5.作法4鍋內放入作法3材料及調味料一起快炒至入味即可。</strong></strong></strong>
