蕃茄 3~4顆 牛肉 半斤 洋蔥 一顆 馬鈴署 一顆 淬釀日式鰹魚醬油露 二大匙 紅酒 二大匙 鹽 少許 <br />

蕃茄川燙去皮(先畫十字用滾水川燙很好去皮喔 ) 切丁、馬鈴薯削皮切丁、洋蔥切丁備用 <br />

牛肉川燙切丁備用 <br />
4 <br />
起油鍋中小火先將洋蔥炒軟 <br />
5 <br />
加入蕃茄~蕃茄要過油炒過茄紅素才會釋放出來~ <br />

加所有的食材放入鍋子~加調味料淬釀日式鰹魚露二大匙~紅酒二大匙~水~淹過食材~小火燉煮1~1.5小時</strong></strong></strong>
