  材料<br />
  <strong>蝦12只、蜂蜜、西蘭花、蜂蜜1勺、老抽1勺、料酒少許、蠔油少許、水2勺</strong><br />

  做法<br />
  <strong>1、蝦去皮留蝦尾,將蝦尾從蝦身穿過去。(有點小麻煩,其實不這樣也可以,我只是想讓蝦看上去更可愛些)<br />
  2、照燒汁:蜂蜜一勺、老抽一勺半、料酒少許、蠔油少許、水兩勺混合均勻。<br />
  3、蝦沾乾麵粉,放鍋中煎下,小火兩面煎至金黃,倒入調好的照燒汁。待湯汁收勻即可出鍋。<br />
  4、西蘭花在鹽水中燙一下,擺盤裝飾。<br />
  5、撒處白芝麻再做最後點綴即可。</strong><br />
