炸龍利魚丸

龍利魚肉質雪白細膩,很滑嫩,可蒸,可炸,蘸醬吃。<br />

材料<br />
<strong>龍利魚1片,澱粉,鹽,味精,料酒,番茄沙司,香菇片。</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、將魚切片剁成泥。<br />
2、加鹽、味精、料酒、澱粉用手打成魚茸。<br />
3、開鍋炸一次半熟撈出,再大火復炸一次撈出。<br />
4、留底油加入番茄沙司,香菇片翻炒,加入魚丸炒勻出鍋。</strong><br />
