薏仁1杯豬肚1/2個小腸1/2斤水8杯<br />
<br />
調味料<br />
1.麵粉1/2杯<br />
2.鹽2小匙米酒1/2杯香油少許<br />
<br />
作法<br />
(1)將豬肚、小腸洗淨並用麵粉抓拌使其去汙再用清水洗淨,接著用熱水汆燙後撈起再洗淨,豬肝切片、小腸切段備用。 <br />
(2)將薏仁洗淨加入8杯水煮沸,加入作法(1)的肚片、腸段及調味料(2),用中火熬煮40分鐘後再改小火煮20分鐘,或者直接放入電鍋中蒸1小時也可以,取出即可食用。</strong></strong></strong>
