鯛魚120公克蔥10公克薑5公克蒜頭5公克地瓜粉適量<br />

調味料<br />
黃豆醬1大匙醬油1/2小匙細砂糖1小匙米酒1大匙香油1小匙水30㏄<br />

醃料<br />
白胡椒粉適量香油適量太白粉適量<br />

作法<br />
1.鯛魚切片,拌入醃料所有材料醃10分鐘,再沾地瓜粉,放入加熱至140℃的油鍋中炸熟,撈起備用。 <br />
2.蔥、薑、蒜頭切末備用。 <br />
3.起油鍋,放入1大匙沙拉油,加入作法2的所有材料爆香。 <br />
4.再加入作法1的炸鯛魚塊和所有調味料,拌炒至湯汁濃稠即可。</strong></strong></strong>
