胡麻拌韭菜

韭菜汆燙放涼吃,是最簡易的韭菜料理,切忌煮過頭,會讓韭菜顏色不好看,甚至外觀糊爛。由於韭菜有強烈氣味,但胡麻醬的味道可壓過韭菜,是相當好的搭配。為讓菜色視覺佳,可將成束韭菜切段擺盤。<br />

材料:韭菜100g、白芝麻10g<br />
<br />
調味料:胡麻醬20g、醬油10g、味醂10g、糖少許、蒜碎少許<br />
<br />
作法:韭菜燙熟後冰鎮瀝乾,切段後淋上醬汁即可
