排骨300公克蒜頭2顆蔥1支蒸肉粉4大匙水4大匙<br />
<br />
醃料<br />
辣椒醬1大匙米酒1小匙糖1/4小匙鹽1/8小匙<br />

作法<br />
1.蒜頭切末;蔥切末,備用。 <br />
2.排骨沖水洗去血水,瀝乾加入所有醃料抓勻。 <br />
3.加入作法1的蒜末、蔥末、蒸肉粉、水抓勻。 <br />
4.將作法3的排骨放入深碗中,以包鮮膜封好放入蒸鍋中蒸約30分鐘。 <br />
5.取出作法4的深碗,倒扣盤中即可。</strong></strong></strong>
