<strong><strong><strong>材料<br />
豆苗200公克蝦仁300公克蒜頭1粒薑少許<br />
<br />
調味料<br />
A.料理米酒1小匙鹽1/3小匙糖1/2小匙<br />
B.料理米酒少許鹽1/4小匙醃料<br />
鹽少許胡椒粉少許料理米酒適量<br />

作法<br />
1.蒜、薑切末;蝦仁去腸泥洗淨用鹽、胡椒粉、料理米酒醃約10分鐘,備用。 <br />
2.豆苗挑較老的部分後洗淨瀝乾備用。 <br />
3.熱一鍋,放入1大匙油,將作法1的蒜末、薑末放入鍋中爆香後,再放入作法1的蝦仁、調味料A炒熟後盛起。 <br />
4.另熱一鍋,放入1大匙油,放入作法2的豆苗拌炒一下,加入調味料B,再加入作法3的蝦仁炒勻即可。</strong></strong></strong>
