材料<br />
<strong>紫甘藍、高筋麵粉、雞蛋、干酵母、糖、鹽、黃油</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、紫甘藍在清水裡浸20分鐘,洗淨打成泥。<br />
2、加入一個打勻的雞蛋、適量高筋麵粉、一塊黃油、溫水化開的干酵母、一勺糖、兩勺鹽,和成光滑的麵糰,放在烤盤上。<br />
3、表面蓋一塊溫濕的紗布,放進烤箱裡用30度發酵一個半小時。<br />
4、等到麵糰發酵到兩三倍大時取出,手上沾一點麵粉,把發好的麵糰揉成一個個小饅頭。<br />
5、排列在墊好紗布的蒸鍋裡,每個饅頭之間空一些距離,蓋上蒸鍋蓋子繼續發酵到兩倍大。<br />
6、然後開火蒸20分鐘,蒸好燜五分鐘就好出鍋了。</strong><br />
