小米蒸排骨

材料<br />
<strong>排骨(最好是肋排)<br />
小米(不到杯子的一格子)<br />
生抽、極鮮醬油適量<br />
蜂蜜1勺</strong><br />

做法<br />
<strong>1、小米洗乾淨,浸泡2小時。<br />
2、排骨用醬油和蜂蜜醃製至少半小時以上,排骨還要注意定時翻身,我是醃製2小時。<br />
3、將醃製的排骨放在盤子裡,一塊塊鋪好,浸泡好的小米舖在排骨上。<br />
4、再將醃製的醬油舀兩勺在排骨裡。<br />
5、把鋪好的排骨上蒸鍋蒸30分鐘。</strong><br />
