<strong><strong><strong>【材料】<br />
低筋麵粉100g、糖90g、全蛋2顆、泡打粉1小匙、苦甜巧克力100g、榛果巧克力醬2匙、牛奶130cc、奶油30g、龍眼乾25g、杏仁片30g<br />

{裝飾}<br />
草莓適量、藍莓適量、可可粉適量、焦糖醬適量<br />

【作法】<br />
<br />
1.巧克力與榛果巧克力醬放入鋼盆中,隔水加熱融化。<br />
2.奶油與糖倒入攪拌機中,拌打至鵝黃色,分次加入蛋液及作法1的巧克力醬攪拌均勻後為巧克力麵糊。<br />
3.泡打粉與低筋麵粉過篩;牛奶加熱至35℃。<br />
4.作法3的粉類與牛奶分次加入巧克力麵糊中拌打,最後加入杏仁片與龍眼乾再放置蛋糕模中。<br />
5.進氣炸鍋以170℃料理35分鐘,取出後即完成。</strong></strong></strong><br />
