牛蕃茄 2~3顆 雞蛋 2~3顆 蒜瓣 2~3顆 青蔥 數根 沙拉油、鹽、素蠔油、砂糖 酌量&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

作法<br />
1 <br />
將蕃茄洗淨去掉蒂頭,切成塊狀青蔥切段、蒜瓣拍碎,雞蛋則打散備用 <br />
2 <br />
先燒乾鍋裡的水氣,中火加熱至油微溫倒入雞蛋拌炒至蛋液收合凝結不需炒至焦黃,起鍋裝盤備用‧‧‧ <br />
3 <br />
接著再熱油鍋中加入蒜瓣快炒一下再倒進切好的蕃茄塊下鍋拌炒至蕃茄熟軟加點鹽、素蠔油、還有酌量的砂糖及少許的水快速拌炒至混合即可‧‧‧ <br />
4 <br />
將先前已微炒過的雞蛋倒入鍋中和蕃茄一起拌炒入味加進蔥段再悶一下就完成了‧‧‧</strong></strong></strong> <br />
