  <strong>主料:豬小排600克 尖椒10個<br />
  調料:花生油3湯匙 食鹽1/2茶匙 醬油1/2湯匙 姜1大塊 蒜3瓣 小米椒2個 蚝油1湯匙 細香蔥1根 孜然粉1茶匙</strong><br />

  尖椒剔骨肉的做法<br />
  <strong>1.在鍋裡注入大量清水,放入排骨,煮開後,汆2分鐘後撈出<br />
  2.在湯鍋裡另放足量的清水,加入排骨、一半拍破的生薑與打結的香蔥,大火煮開後,小火煮35分鐘<br />
  3.取出排骨放涼,將肉用刀剔下來,並撕細(剩下的骨頭放入原湯中,加入玉米等,可煮成一鍋湯)<br />
  4.洗淨的細長尖椒和鮮小米辣斜切成片,另一半生薑和大蒜切成末<br />
  5.鍋裡放花生油,油溫後,放入辣椒,調入適量鹽,小火炒香後只將辣椒先盛出來<br />
  6.在底油裡放入姜蒜末炒香<br />
  7.加入剔骨肉,炒勻,調入醬油、蚝油和適量鹽炒均勻入味<br />
  8.調入孜然粉炒勻<br />
  9.加入炒過的辣椒,炒勻,即可</strong><br />
