<strong><strong><strong>(剁椒魚頭/長壽麵條)<br />

材料:<br />
<br />
草魚頭半顆(1.2Kg)、蒜末30g、薑末10g、剁椒150g、蔥花30g、手工細麵300g、辣油50cc。<br />
<br />
作法:<br />
<br />
1.草魚頭先用蔥薑米酒醃漬半<br />
<br />
小時後,用熱水川燙去除細小魚鱗。<br />
<br />
2.將薑末、蒜末、剁椒、辣油爆香後,淋在魚頭上。<br />
<br />
3.將魚頭放至蒸籠蒸25分鐘。<br />

4.將手工麵煮熟撈起備用,灑上蔥花。</strong></strong></strong><br />
