  <strong>材料:蚝仔1斤、香芋400克、絲瓜200克、大米1杯<br />
  調料:姜10克、鹽、胡椒粉適量</strong><br />
<br />
  做法:<br />
  <strong>1、材料備好。<br />
  2、蚝仔洗淨瀝乾水份,放入姜粒醃一會,絲瓜、香芋去皮切粒備好。<br />
  3、米洗淨放入鍋裡,倒入適量清水。<br />
  4、蓋上蓋子煮至出米花。<br />
  5、然後放入香芋丁煮軟。<br />
  6、放入蚝仔。<br />
  7、再放入絲瓜丁。<br />
  8、絲瓜丁煮軟後,撒入鹽和胡椒粉。</strong><br />

  糖之心語:<br />
  <strong>1、如果喜歡吃更嫩的蚝仔可以出鍋前再放。<br />
  2、蚝仔粥很鮮甜,不用再放雞精。</strong><br />
