<strong>原料:豬蹄一個、芸豆100克、枸杞20粒左右、紅棗3個、鹽、姜、料酒。</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1、芸豆加入適量的清水,泡發2小時以上;<br />
2、豬蹄讓賣家給剁成小塊,回家後洗淨,再把沒剔除乾淨的毛撥掉。紅棗洗淨,枸杞泡清水,姜切片;<br />
3、鍋內放水,放入料酒和姜,涼水把豬蹄放入,水開後焯1-2分鐘,焯水去除血水和浮沫,撈出備用;<br />
4、鍋內放清水,放入豬蹄、紅棗、芸豆和薑片,大火燒開,再轉小火慢燉2個小時,至豬蹄軟爛,芸豆軟糯,加鹽調味即可。</strong><br />

溫馨小提示:<br />
<strong>芸豆不宜生食,夾生芸豆也不宜吃,芸豆必須煮透,才能食用。芸豆含有一種毒蛋白,必須在高溫下才能被破壞,所以食用芸豆必須煮熟煮透,消除其毒性,更好地發揮其營養效益,否則會引起中毒。</strong><br />
