<strong>用料:白蘿蔔、米醋(有果醋更好)、白糖、鹽</strong><br />

做法:<br />
<strong>1.準備材料<br />
2.將白蘿蔔切片,儘量薄,考驗你刀工啦<br />
3.撒些鹽,拌勻<br />
4.醃製20分鐘,逼出不少水,這樣能出去蘿蔔的生澀味<br />
5.將水倒掉後,用乾淨的水將蘿蔔片洗一遍,瀝乾水分後,倒入米醋<br />
6.加入白糖<br />
7.喜歡吃辣的就再扔進去一些辣椒圈<br />
8.在容器上蓋上保鮮膜,放冰箱裡醃製一夜就可以吃了,很入味</strong><br />
