蒜圓蛤蠣湯

材料: 蒜頭30g、蛤蠣150g、薑<br />
<br />
絲5g、鹽少許、米酒1小匙。<br />

作法:<br />
<br />
1.先將蒜頭放入鍋中,熬煮十分鐘。<br />
<br />
2.再將蛤蠣跟薑絲放入,待蛤蠣開口即可準備起鍋。<br />
<br />
3.起鍋前,將鹽跟米酒加入。
