豬肉下油鍋逼出油 <br />

白蘿蔔洗淨切塊和豬肉蔥薑蒜放入鍋內 <br />

加醬油米酒水1:1:1水不用太多~蘿蔔會出水~大火滾後小火煮40~ 60分鐘 <br />

煮透的白蘿蔔超鮮甜~不油不膩~適合清爽的夏天!! <br />
