  <strong>1. 土豆洗淨去皮<br />
  2. 土豆切片<br />
  3. 切絲<br />
  4. 土豆絲在清水中泡5分鐘<br />
  5. 土豆絲瀝乾水分<br />
  6. 備白醋、貴州風味豆豉,蔥蒜切末,紅椒切碎<br />
  7. 坐鍋入油,熱後,熗入蔥蒜<br />
  8. 下土豆絲,煸炒均勻<br />
  9. 放白醋<br />
  10. 放溫水<br />
